- My journey began with a B.A. in Economics from 1977–1980.
- I pursued a B.Ed. in English and Social Sciences in 1995–1996.
- My M.Ed. in English and Social Sciences was obtained between 1995 and 1998.
- I also held a Masters in Public Administration from 1980–1982.
- I earned my Masters in South Asia Studies from the University of Washington in 2015–2017.
